happens when you put them together sure they don’t look like they play together
but what happens when you put them together and how combining them creates

I normally take about a teaspoon or tablespoon every day normally in the
morning before eating anything so I want to share it with you

your body if you’re going to get this fitness thing together so help in ease

up here so once you have the garlic in the jar and you have the honey here’s a
combination it’s pretty drown in there so this is going to last me though this
is enough for me to put like in my oatmeal this is enough for me for the
week just to take like a tablespoon each day when I wake up I take some and then
I ate it so what you’re going to do is put it in a jar let it sit in a
refrigerator for like two or three days if you’re dealing with a family or you
are dealing with the cold or anything that’s still messing with your immune
system you’re going to want to put in more for
your jar and put it in a refrigerator for about three or four days let it
infuse a little bit and it’s great for a boost
take a spoon in the morning before eating or drinking and if you feel under

  2. every one says just swallow it dont chew it. but ive been chewing it. i understand the acid is very sharp and burns like swallowing vinegar but wouldn't chewing help with digestion and entry into the blood system?

  4. The honey are fake in stores. Munkua honey is real from New Zealand. Looks like you got real raw honey is it real honey?

  5. Best thing ever! But i fill the jar 2/3 full cover with honey then leave this out to ferment. Gas the lid off each day. Let it ferment for 4 to 6 weeks checking on it for taste along the way after 3 weeks. This will make the thick honey get runny as it ferments. Not only does this make the medicinal properties stronger, it will improve the taste and you will eat the garlic like candy along with the honey, just Keep it out of direct sunlight.

  7. Garlic and honey works like medicine but it is more then medicine because it is natural and natural honey is the best honey i have ever tested i got mine direct from wild! and both of them works best !Small tip! drink more water after taking that mixture!! it is super heavy energetic

  8. I do it fresh. I tried using garling and raw unfiltered honey after it was in the fridge for a couple days. I threw up after taking it. I can do it fresh. A clove a garlic cruched with a tablespoon of honey.

Have eaten garlic for years , .. crush two cloves , let stand for a minute then cut it up and mix it with pure honey .Should be no more than a desert spoon full , this saves the burn on a complete swallow , then immediately drink at a fast rate , half a glass of milk or more then have your breakfast . There is no burn and minimal smell . I lead a very active life , and am over 80 years in excellent health , no drugs for me .
