Honey Garlic Chicken | Delicious Easy Dinner

Today I’m going to show you how to make
my honey garlic chicken, tender juicy chicken thighs fried until golden and
served in a sticky sauce you don’t want to miss this one. I love how this is so easy to make, I’ve got eight chicken thighs here and we’re
going to coat in two tablespoons of corn flour and a half a teaspoon each of salt
pepper. Next we’re going to add two tablespoons
of vegetable oil into a frying pan over a high heat. Add the chicken thighs to
the pan and fry them on one side until nice and golden. Turn the chicken then add a tablespoon
of unsalted butter to the pan. The initial stages of the frying is quite
splattery so I use one of these splatter guards. Next in goes the garlic, I’m
adding four cloves of minced garlic to the pan and we’ll let that cook for a
minute while we mix the rest of the sauce ingredients. In a bowl mix
together 110 grams or a third of a cup of honey, 80 ml or a third of a cup of
chicken stock, a tablespoon of rice vinegar and a tablespoon of light soy sauce. Add the sauce to the pan let it bubble
until you have a lovely thick rich sauce and the chickens cooked through. And that’s it serve the honey garlic
chicken with boiled rice and topped with a sprinkling of fresh parsley and chili
flakes. That’s my honey garlic chicken a sticky
savory speedy dinner that the whole family would love using minimal
ingredients, don’t forget to like and subscribe for new videos every week, see
