Hi Friends Vanakkam. Welcome to Prahar Cuisine Today’s Recipe is… Hot and Spice Home Made Chicken Fried Rice. INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING CHICKEN FRIED RICE Basmathi Rice (COOKED) – 3 Cups Beans sliced – 1 Cup Carrot sliced – 1 Cup Green Peas – 1 Cup Soya Sauce – 1 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce – 1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce – 1 Teaspoon White/Black Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon Salt for Taste Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon Boneless Chicken (finely chopped) – 1 Cup DIRECTIONS FOR COOKING CHICKEN FRIED RICE Cook three cups of Basmati rice in water until just cooked. Add oil in the boiling water. Add salt for taste Let the rice cook, we will fry the egg and chicken. Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt in the finely chopped chicken pieces Mix well until the masala covers all the chicken pieces Deep Fry the masala mixed chicken pieces. Fry 3 eggs in saucepan separately Add salt and pepper and fry well Chicken and Egg fry is ready to add with rice. Heat oil in saucepan and Beans, Carrot and Green Peas in medium heat. Stir well let it cook for 5 mins (half boiled) Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce and Chilli Sauce and stir well. Add white pepper powder We can add black pepper powder, instead of white pepper powder. Add salt for taste in the mixture. Add boiled basmati rice into the mixture and mix well. Stir well till the mixture covers well with the rice. Add fried egg and chicken with rice mixture.
