  1. In the Ribby and Croaks stage from Cuphead. There are flies in the background that look exactly like the fly couple of this short

  2. One of the cartoons on the tape I remember had couple of characters captured by local tribe and put in huge cooking pot I think, strange looking back.

  3. I oddly wanted the spider to win. Like the spider knocked out the fly and the fly wakes up finding that there is no one left in the Cobweb Hotel. But you know it's just my pesonal opinion

  4. I can’t believe I stumbled on this. This shit gave me nightmares when I was really really young! It’s still creepy as fuck now too 🤣

  5. I remember this, i grew up and had a bunch of cds and vhs, this was on a disney cd with a bunch of other classics

  6. Oh my gosh I remembered watching this as a kid. Scenes from this have always popped in my head since I was a kid and I finally found the name of it and rewatched it. Surprised this never scared me as a kid XD

  7. I forgot about this until the Cuphead references video pointed it out. This scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

  8. Great! Reminded me of our childhood back in 1993 when we watched it. Thanks to Google who took me here with just the random keywords I put, "Old Cartoon Spider". Thanks, CCCartoons.
I 'm looking for two more things from that 1990's era: One, a cartoon a about a tiny fish in a glass jar who dreams she's flowed through the kitchen basin drainage into an ocean; Second, Tom and Jerry cartoon in which Jerry dreams she's in a different country where she's treated badly and she kisses Tom when once she awakes. Can anyone help?

  9. I watched this once when I was little and the memory is super vague. I only remember the parts where they showed the other guests and now that I'm older and because I like looking at stuff like this, it low key makes me think of Dr. H. H. Holmes' Murder Castle.

  10. This cartoon was on night of the deamons movie 1984…lol i remember my auntie made me watch movie and i always rememered this cartoon…lol

  11. Wow. I vaguely always remembered watching this as a very young child and almost thought I made it up. I randomly look it up and not only does it exist, but it's far creepier and brutal than I even remembered. 😮

  12. Funny that this was made in the Great Depression maybe people were trapped in hotels and ate by weird spiders in the Great Depression 😂

  13. I watched this when I was like 7 or something and never saw it again but I always remembered for some reason. 30 now and finally decided to do a quick search. Holy crap I cannot believe this was from 1936 lol. Thank you so much for uploading it, what a blast from the past!

  14. i used to have a dvd w/ a bunch of these cartoons on it and this one used to scare the shit outta me

  15. I'm hooked on the singing from the spider and it's voice and when it stomps it's feet at the end of the songs

  16. I remember watching this on VHS 😂 omg I feel so old there was also a video about penguins who sing “curiosity killed the cat curiosity did just that, the little cat had nine lives it’s true but only one life was given to you, oh it isn’t too nice to snoop or you’ll end up in the poop (I don’t know lol something like that)

  17. This shit was bomb as a kid to me I watched it when o was little on a classic cartoon tape my mom brought me

  18. this together with balloon town from 1935 was the movies i watched the most of at my grandparents house. they both scared me to death, but i loved them. now that i go through old movies i realise there was alot of movies i have forgotten about. like the cookie carnival and other classics.

  19. I had a dvd with a bunch of old cartoons and this one was In it, I would watch it every night it brings back so much memories:,)
